All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of VPS Clouds LLC in the event of billing errors or service-related issues.
Refunds are available for hosting services within the eligible period. Certain items such as domain registrations, transfers, and software licenses are non-refundable.
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Customers may cancel their service at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not guarantee a refund for prior billing periods.
Invoices are sent via email for each billing period. Payment must be completed in order to continue service.
